We had a free day today. Some friends and I went to an LDS church branch about 4 miles from our hotel, it was a lot of fun. We met a missionary from Utah and he translated for us. It is always nice to meet someone who speaks good English! After that we did some shopping and went to the Pantheon again, this time we found it very easily thank heavens…Then my most favorite thing from today was we had dinner in a restaurant at this square where there were musicians and a lot of different eating places. It had a great atmosphere. Then we went over to a different plaza to grab some gelato, which is my most favorite food over here! There was a magician, bands, artists, and little shops set up all over the place. That was a really good night, that is exactly how I pictured Rome. I forgot about all the vendors, they are everywhere! This Jamaican guy came up to me and just started making this bracelet on my wrist, he was extremely nice and fun to talk to. This whole time I knew he would want money for it, which I wasn’t going to pay for this bracelet that just had braided strings. So I said I have no money, and he told me how he felt about that in a bold way!
